Shipping Policy

Welcome to our online store!

Feel free to browse our entire product collection, and let us know if you have any questions, comments or concerns about the items within. Our team is always ready and willing to assist our customers, and we are happy for your visit. If you have any questions about this store or the products found within, please don't hesitate to contact us any time.

Orders shipped and delivered within 5-7 business days from the day you place the order. Once shipped you will get a confirmation email with tracking info. (Time frame is for USA orders only)

 

We also create custom products on demand.  Made to order is an order fulfillment method where items are printed as soon as an order is made.  Your order shipping delivery time is based on fulfillment time + shipping time. Our network supplier automatically sends your orders to the nearest fulfillment center where the items are produced in 2–7 business days.  The average domestic shipping time is 4 business days depending on the delivery destination.

Where does SOL2SHOP ship from?

We have a network of suppliers which can drop ship special items to you directly.

 

SOL2SHOP has different shipping fees, depending on where you are shipping to. There is also an additional cost for additional items. 

 

SOL2SHOP does acknowledge that there are sometimes, delays in shipments from the shipping carriers used to fulfill your order that are beyond our control.

Return & Exchange Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.  Please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).

Returns

Please contact us to get an authorization number, before returning any products. We offer free returns, except on custom products on demand; the customer is responsible for all shipping costs of the product being shipped back to the assigned return warehouse. Returns are accepted as long as the request is made to return the item within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a refund. 

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on an order and return the item(s), you will be charged shipping and handling fee.

We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products, face masks, as well as size exchanges.

The item that you are returning must be in original condition. This means the product must be fully operating to its maximum ability and MUST be in original packaging. It must be in a “resale condition”.  Any product sent back that has cosmetic or other damage will be denied and no refund will be issued. If the item that you are returning is received by SOL2SHOP and does not meet our criteria of "resale condition," we will not issue any credit. Also, if you return a product that qualified you to receive free shipping, you will be charged the standard shipping and handling fee.

Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.

“SALE” CATEGORY

All items from the sale category are final sale. These items cannot be returned for refund or exchange.

Items we do not accept returns on:
If the product packaging is missing.
If some parts of the product is missing.
If the product has been subject to any usage.
If there are any signs of damage to the product.

Swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.

SOL2SHOP may credit a partial refund depending on the condition of the returned item.

How do I return an item?

-Read the return policy carefully make sure your item is qualified to be returned

-Please contact us SOL2SHOP@GMAIL.COM to get an authorization number, before returning any products.  Include your Order Number in all order-related correspondences.

 

Gift Returns/Exchanges

If you’ve ordered or received a SOL2SHOP product as a gift and it needs to be returned, our standard policies will apply.

Refunds

PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your Paypal account within 24 business hours. Please note, the refunded amount must be transferred back to your banking institution from your Paypal account.

Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within three to five business days.

Prepaid Card: Refunds cannot be processed to prepaid cards.

Please note that Credit Card charges will appear on your statement as Solstar Wireless   

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. The supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

Therefore SOL2SHOP reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

International Shipping Information:All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.  All international sales are final no returns or exchanges.
